It was a case of ‘full steam ahead’ for a group of East Lancashire business leaders when they took part in a network event with a difference on board a steam locomotive. Cassons staff joined representatives from businesses across the region at the latest gathering of ‘Meet and Eat in the Valley’, which took place on the iconic East Lancashire Railway. Delegates got the chance to network during the 35-minute outward journey from Rawtenstall to Bolton Street station in Bury. Guest speaker Ian Hewitt then told the inspiring story of how his start-up company - Heritage Painting in Darwen - won the contract to repaint the world’s most famous steam engine, The Flying Scotsman. Check out this video for a taste of what the day entailed. http://www.chambers-meet-and-eat.co.uk/news/7/24...

The Valley of Geysers (Russian: Долина гейзеров) is a geyser field on Kamchatka Peninsula, Russia, and has the second largest concentration of geysers in the world. This 6 km (3.7 mi) long basin with approximately ninety geysers and many hot springs is situated on the Kamchatka Peninsula in the Russian Far East, predominantly on the left bank of the ever-deepening Geysernaya River, into which geothermal waters flow from a relatively young stratovolcano, Kikhpinych. It is part of the Kronotsky Nature Reserve, which, in turn, is incorporated into the World Heritage Site "Volcanoes of Kamchatka". The valley is difficult to reach, with helicopters providing the only feasible means of transport. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valley_of_Geysers
The valley where i can feel the infinite
Cold touch of time forever
The valley which leans over me to defend
And i lived there as a slave
She became my mother and father
And the only one who really knows me
And when i close my eyes forever
She will known why i do it
The valley where the sky is far-away
I sometimes leave for her on a path
But flow is coming and sweeping away
"don't run away" - whispers the wind
The valley only can hear my last words
Among the flowers fed with loneliness
The valley where in my own world
I live alone
Now i say goodbye, i'm waited in the sky
The valley will tell that she was the only with me
The valley where in my own world
I live alone
Nobody can see my smile
